We work with developer and owner clients across South Florida on multifamily, mixed use, commercial, and other high impact projects. We are growing quickly and looking for an early career designer who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with a firm that is scaling.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail oriented, and excited to build strong technical skills in a BIM first environment. You will support project teams across multiple phases, strengthen your Revit and documentation capabilities, and contribute to design studies and client deliverables under the guidance of project leaders.

• Support project teams through schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Assist with Revit modeling, drawing production, sheet setup, and document organization
• Help develop plans, elevations, building sections, and details under direction of the project team
• Coordinate markups and revisions and participate in internal QA QC checklists
• Assist with consultant coordination and drawing set integration as needed
• Support design studies, client presentation graphics, and visual packages
• Produce diagrams, 3D views, and basic renderings as needed,
• Assist with research for code, zoning, materials, and product selections

• Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master of Architecture degree
• min 4 years of post graduate professional experience
• Strong Autodesk Revit skills required; working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office preferred
• Knowledge of modeling and rendering programs such as Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for presentations, Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) for coordination.
• Understanding of architectural technology and production documentation fundamentals
• Basic understanding of code and regulatory requirements and constructability concepts
• Strong design and visualization skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and consultants
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on teams, and work well under deadlines
• Registered or pursuing registration preferred; LEED AP is a plus
