Overview
SRC Summer Student Ministry Assistants work with the Student Ministry Directors for a period of 8-10 weeks between June to August, ministering to students by building relationships, praying with them, leading Bible studies and helping them deepen their relationship with Jesus. The Assistants connect, participate and lead at weekly student gatherings (Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on the ministry), Sunday mornings on campus when the church gathers for worship, and through smaller groups or 1-on-1s during the week.
SRC has a healthy staff culture dedicated to Gospel expansion and a positive, collaborative environment that will offer Summer Assistants support and grace as they grow in ministry skills and Gospel depth. SRC Summer Student Ministry Assistants will have the opportunity to serve with experienced ministry leaders and pastors who care about their development and future in ministry.
