Position: Demand Optimization Manager (Bullhorn)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Demand Optimization Manager.

Essential Functions:

Order Activation & Demand Prioritization:

* Review open travel nursing and allied health job orders on an hourly and daily basis

* Partner with Travel leadership to prioritize orders based on bill rate, urgency, specialty demand, location desirability, and likelihood to fill

* Identify high-impact opportunities where rapid sourcing and marketing activation can accelerate submissions and placements

* Continuously adjust focus as client needs, pay packages, and market conditions change

Bullhorn & Hub Spot Optimization:

* Source, segment, and activate candidates using Bullhorn and Hub Spot

* Optimize lead intake, candidate lifecycle workflows, tagging, and data hygiene to ensure efficient recruiter handoffs

* Reactivate existing candidates through targeted searches, campaigns, and automation

* Track submission and placement outcomes tied to sourcing activity using reporting and analytics

* Build and refine automated workflows to nurture candidates by specialty, location, and readiness

Recruitment Marketing & Multi-Channel Execution:

* Rapidly deploy recruitment marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing or independently when speed is required

* Execute real-time, multi-channel sourcing strategies aligned to prioritized job orders

AI-Driven Sourcing & Automation:

* Leverage AI-enabled tools to scale candidate discovery, engagement, and personalization

* Continuously evaluate and improve automation, messaging, and workflows to increase speed and conversion

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insight:

* Monitor travel healthcare staffing trends, including bill rates, specialty demand, geographic hotspots, and candidate behavior

* Provide real-time insights and recommendations to Travel and Marketing leadership to guide sourcing priorities and resource allocation

REQUIREMENTS:

* High School diploma/GED or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred

* Minimum 2 years of experience specifically within the travel healthcare staffing industry

* Proven experience managing leads and automated sequences within Hub Spot

* Deep understanding of the "traveler" persona-what motivates travel nurses and allied professionals to switch agencies

* Familiarity with modern AI sourcing tools (e.g., ChatGPT-4 for copy, AI-driven scrapers, or automated Linked In outreach tools)

* Expert-level proficiency in Bullhorn (experience with a Bullhorn implementation or optimization project is a major plus)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
