Kidz Art is an extraordinary fine arts education program with curriculum that meets and exceeds the National Standards for Visual Arts, and is based on the concept that drawing builds confidence. By using our simple drawing method and format, Kidz Art allows the student to produce original works of art, complimented with artistic projects and exposure to many artist grade mediums, while enhancing creative self-expression in all areas.

Kidz Art is now looking for part-time instructors in Palm Beach County.

Kidz Art Instructors led elementary school students through Kidz Art lessons using the methods and principles designed and taught by Kidz Art.

No previous art experience necessary, but candidate must be confident with his/her drawing skills and comfortable making mistakes! We provide the training and supplies. You provide your experience with children and personality.

Typical Schedule:

Candidate MUST be willing to work 2 hours a day, in the middle of the day (1:30-3:30 pm) 3-5 times a week, minimum.

This position is great for retired teachers and college students who have experience working with children!

• Some college
• Experience working with groups of children, teaching experience a plus
• Art appreciation and/or related skills
• Comfortable drawing in front of students
• Strong communication skills
• Patience and ability to work with children and seniors
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
• No allergies to standard Kidz Art art materials and supplies
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must live in Palm Beach County

• Successfully complete Kidz Art Certification Training
• Attend bi-monthly meetings to review class work and new methods
• Dress professionally
• Be able to commit to the school year (through May)
