Job Summary:

Yeshivas Yakir Li, a Jewish Montessori program, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Montessori Teacher to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. As a Lead Teacher, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of educators and guide students through a Montessori curriculum, fostering a love of learning and a strong foundation in both limmudei kodesh and general studies.

• Lead a team of Montessori teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating primary level curriculum
• Develop and maintain a Montessori classroom environment that promotes independence, self‑directed learning, and creativity
• Design and facilitate lesson plans that integrate limmudei kodesh and general studies
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity across grade levels
• Provide guidance and support to Montessori teachers and assistants as needed
• Participate in school‑wide professional development and staff meetings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and parent‑teacher conferences

• Montessori certification in Primary
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
