Your role is not instructional. AI manages the academic delivery. Your responsibility is to inspire, coach, and hold students to the same rigorous standard you've maintained for yourself. Forty percent of your time involves direct 1‑on‑1 and small‑group coaching that identifies obstacles and establishes ambitious targets. Another forty percent is spent facilitating structured life‑skills workshops designed for mastery, not engagement. The final twenty percent is devoted to launching each day with focused morning sessions that cultivate a culture where mediocrity is unacceptable.

The trajectory here emphasizes depth over advancement. You begin by mastering Alpha's methodology and earning trust with students. Within a few months, you become the person they rely on to challenge them beyond their perceived limits. The outcome isn't upward mobility.
