Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Assistant Project Manager who excels in building design and production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative design environment and has experience working with a diverse portfolio of building types, including governmental buildings, educational facilities, and healthcare institutions.

• Contribute to and supervise the production of design and contract documents for various building types.
• Coordinate with staff to meet project goals, objectives, and schedule.
• Assist in project management tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Manage relationships with design consultants, owner representatives, public officials, and review officials.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of project documents.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and production, including municipal/public and/or multi-family projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong sketching and freehand drawing skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to generate and deliver effective presentations.

• Preferably on track to obtain an architectural license.
• Experience with spatial/environmental design and quality design sensibility.
• Strong experience in architectural production.
• Demonstrated technical abilities.

The work environment is relaxed and emphasizes employee well‑being. The firm has a flexible start time between 8 am and 9 am, with a typical workday ending between 5 pm and 6 pm. Employees are expected to work in the office 5 days a week, totaling 40 hours, but with earned flexibility. The office discourages late work hours and taking work home. Summer Fridays offer a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 12 pm.

Permanent position based out of Boca Raton, FL.

Pay range: $36.06 – $45.67 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
