Engineer, Validation

The Engineer, Validation provides validation support to Immunotherapy Production, Quality Control and Plant Engineering. This role also provides activity updates to Validation Manager on a regular basis to ensure compliance issues are being met.

Essential Functions (ES) and responsibilities include providing validation support to relevant production, quality control, and engineering areas and maintaining ongoing communication with the Validation Manager to address compliance issues.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years validation experience in a cGMP, Pharmaceutical/Biological manufacturing environment.

As a part of our Quality Systems and cGMP initiatives, employees are responsible for ensuring compliance with all ADMA Quality policies, standards, and SOPs in their area of work and responsibility. This includes ensuring all Quality Assurance (QA) records and reports, Human Resources (HR) policies, and Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and practices are completed in a timely manner. Any delay or failure to comply with policies, standards and procedures should be communicated/escalated to the appropriate responsible parties, such as QA, HR, or EH&S depending on the issue.
