  • Third‑Party Vendor Evaluation:
    • Review, interpret, and summarize external vendor test reports (e.g., environmental, EMI/EMC, reliability).
    • Assess vendor data for completeness, validity, and compliance against contractual and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify gaps, risks, or discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Generate clear, concise test reports, compliance summaries, and technical justifications.
    • Present findings to cross‑functional teams, including engineering, quality, and program management.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:
    • Work closely with systems, design, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Support design reviews, test readiness reviews (TRR), and verification closure reviews.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in aerospace and defense programs or other highly standardized and regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience writing and executing V&V test plans and procedures.
  • Strong familiarity with commercial regulatory and MIL‑STD frameworks (e.g., NA/European EMC, MIL‑STD‑810, MIL‑STD‑461).
