Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 34 aircraft mechanics, assigning work, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality standards.;
Perform regular scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate jets in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.;
Ensure all mechanical systems are in proper working condition before flight, addressing any discrepancies promptly and thoroughly.;
Develop, maintain, and update accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and any reports related to parts, services, and discrepancies.;
Inspect and examine engines, wings, propellers, tails, landing gear, flight controls, and other aircraft components to identify cracks, corrosion, leaks, or other defects.
