Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Loyal Source is looking for a skilled Advanced Manufacturing Engineer in Boca Raton, FL.

Support introduction of physical pedestal/post products from conception to full scale production. Interpret Engineering design efforts and influence the manufacturing processes with cost effective materials and efficient processes. Work collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams in order to optimize product cost and time to market.

Applicant should have at least 5-10 years experience in the field and excel at cross‑functional communication. Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering preferred. Six Sigma or equivalent experience a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, as primary manufacturing site is located in Matamoros, Mexico.

• Structural Materials and related Manufacturing processes
• Process Automation
• Process Optimization (LEAN/Six Sigma)
• Bill of Materials structure
• Assembly Drawings for ease of manufacture
• Process Instructions for Mfg
• Communication and Presentation skills
