As-Built Specialist

A growing engineering and land development consulting firm is seeking an As-Built Specialist to join its Boca Raton office. This role is ideal for someone with experience preparing as-built drawings, working with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and supporting surveying and civil engineering projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with surveyors, engineers, and project teams to prepare accurate as-built documentation for commercial, residential, and municipal land development projects.

• Prepare and update accurate as-built drawings based on field survey data.
• Revise engineering plans to reflect completed construction conditions.
• Verify field information and incorporate changes into project drawings.
• Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
• Support engineers and surveyors with drafting revisions.
• Coordinate with survey crews, engineers, and project managers.
• Assist with documentation for land development and civil engineering projects.
• Ensure drawings meet company and client quality standards.

• Experience preparing As-Built drawings (Required)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of Land Surveying and/or Civil Engineering
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Experience supporting surveying or civil engineering firms
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Experience reading civil engineering or survey plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
