D-Wave is launching its state-of-the-art facility in Boca Raton, FL. We are seeking a Team Lead, USHQ Lab Operations to establish and lead the Florida lab supporting cryogenic test cycles for quantum processor development.
You will guide the Lab Ops team, coordinate daily priorities, ensure safety, and build procedures, training, and documentation. A hands-on engineering leader with 6+ years in lab operations plus cryogenics is required.
