• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida
• 6+ years of progressive roadway engineering experience, including work with FDOT and local municipalities
• Strong knowledge of FDOT specifications, permitting processes, and roadway design standards
• Experience with Open Roads/3D Modeling and Micro Station
• Florida local
• Experience with Palm Beach, Broward, and/or Miami-Dade County transportation projects

• 10+ years of experience
• Traffic signal design experience

• Lead a project team of in-house technical staff and subconsultants
• Coordinate with local municipalities, utility companies, and regulatory agencies
• Prepare roadway and drainage design plans, permits, and construction documents
• Prepare scope and fee proposals, budgets, and schedules
