* Position Summary:

** The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supporting all areas of manufacturing in the improvement of safety, quality, and productivity.  They will collaborate with and work in support of operations team to achieve Key Performance Indicators’ and company goals. They will identify process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing methods, six sigma, and other problem-solving tools.

The Manufacturing Engineer will perform engineering tasks related to process time standards, capacity, capital projects and process design. This role will interface directly with all levels of manufacturing and product engineering and be responsible for process improvements and controls, machine capacity/capability, equipment selection, and adherence to procedures and quality standards.

The Manufacturing Engineer will troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues, assist in design of meaningful and accurate performance measurement systems to increase productivity, develop process documentation, improve process flow, and assist in maintaining the plant layout in AutoCAD.
