We’re looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality Team to verify client request(s) for each individual order and verify quantity and quality of outgoing product. This role is based out of our [LOCATION] office and reports to the [HIRING MANAGER TITLE].

• Inspect assembled parts and product for defects and deviations
• Count and verify that the product quantity matches the submission form
• Verify that the information on the submission form matches the identifying sticker on the outside of the box
• Verify that all information on the flip matches the information on the collectible item

• You have good problem‑solving skills and show good judgment.
• You are proficient with computers and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, 10‑key and effective internet searching.
• You can communicate effectively orally or by other means, e.g., email.
• You work well in a team and are able to work well with others.
• You can prioritize and have knowledge of what needs to be done first.
• You respect others and work well under pressure.
• You can demonstrate accuracy while still maintaining a high level of productivity.
• You follow instructions well and respond to management directions.

• Long periods of sitting, walking and/or standing
• Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, squatting, and regular hand use
• Regularly lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds or more with employee help and/or proper equipment
