Description
Role SummaryMDVIP is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Lead Generating Events to join our Event Marketing team in Boca Raton, FL. Reporting to the Director of Event Marketing, this role owns MDVIP's portfolio of 10-20 lead-generating events per month. You will partner closely with the Sales team to identify target markets, then determine the right experience for each one - from an intimate dinner in a private dining room to premium access to a concert, food and wine festival, or other high-interest local experience.
You will manage these events end to end, including venue selection and booking, budget management, attendance and KPI tracking, and reporting results to sales and executive leadership. This role also plays a part in identifying and managing MDVIP's presence at larger patient-facing events and trade shows and supports the MDVIP National Meeting alongside the broader events team. This is a planning and management role, not a travel-heavy one - our field sales team represents MDVIP on-site at these events, so you will not be expected to attend the majority of the events you plan.
If you're a strategic, detail-driven event professional who thrives managing a high-volume portfolio and knows how to create experiences people remember, we’d love to hear from you!
