Role DescriptionThis is a Part-time hybrid position located in Boca Raton, FL, with opportunities to work both in-office and remotely. The Bookkeeper and Personal Assistant will manage bookkeeping tasks, assist in financial processes, and support the CEO/Founder with both professional and occasional personal administrative responsibilities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining financial records, and Quickbooks, preparing financial statements, processing transactions, and maintaining organization for the CEO.
Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, and preparing accurate Journal Entries
- Experience in using Quickbooks and understanding Finance principles
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a bookkeeping or similar role is strongly preferred
