An established family office is seeking an experienced Paraplanner / Client Service Associate to support advisors and help deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial planning expertise, investment knowledge, and a detail-oriented, service-first mindset. This individual will work closely with Lead Advisors to ensure all client deliverables are accurate, timely, and thoughtfully prepared.

Responsibilities
  • Support Lead Advisors in preparing for client meetings, including reviewing financial plans, portfolio allocations, and client documentation
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing comprehensive financial plans
  • Prepare detailed client deliverables including financial statements, Excel reconciliations, performance reports, financial plans, legacy planning materials, and customized family presentations
  • Serve as a primary support contact for client requests and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Implement asset allocation recommendations and assist with portfolio monitoring
  • Manage custodial paperwork and account maintenance, including experience with Charles Schwab preferred
  • Utilize financial planning and reporting platforms including eMoney Advisor, Morningstar Advisor, and Black Diamond/Advent
  • Track and ensure timely completion of client deliverables and workflow items
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM and reporting systems
Qualifications
  • Strong financial planning and investment knowledge across asset classes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong command of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple client workflows simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to service excellence and fiduciary responsibility
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), or progress toward designation preferred;
  • 5+ yearss of experience in a financial planning, paraplanning, or client service role within an RIA or family office
  • Comprehensive understanding of investment vehicles and portfolio implementation
