The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of specialized experience in a fiduciary or family office setting, possess advanced technical proficiency in financial modeling, and hold a professional designation such as a CFP, CPA, or CFA.

• Collaborate closely with lead advisors to prepare comprehensive meeting materials, including financial plans, performance reports, and customized presentations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, ensuring all requests are handled with precision and speed.
• Execute and oversee operational tasks related to custodial processes, asset allocation implementation, and account maintenance.
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions and industry-specific technology to generate detailed reconciliations and investment analysis.
• Monitor the timely completion of all client deliverables to maintain a standard of service excellence.
• Maintain accurate and organized records while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Must hold a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CPA, or CFA designation.
• Bachelor’s degree coupled with 3+ years of direct industry experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a strong aptitude for learning various financial planning and reporting software systems.
• Demonstrated history of working in a support capacity with a focus on client service rather than sales.
• Solid understanding of investment vehicles, wealth management strategies, and operational workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work fully on-site and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
