Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a Financial Reporting leader with a strong SEC-reporting focus and a Big 4-8 foundation. This role partners closely with executive leadership, auditors, tax, legal, FP&A, and GL teams to ensure best-in-class public company reporting and regulatory compliance.

🔎 Core SEC & Technical Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and review of Forms 10-K and 10-Q, including earnings releases and Proxy support
• Ensure full compliance with SEC regulations, U.S. GAAP, and PCAOB standards
• Oversee disclosure checklists, supporting schedules, and tie-out procedures
• Draft and review key disclosures including MD&A, business descriptions, and risk factors
• Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting cycles with internal and external auditors
• Ensure accuracy of XBRL tagging and EDGAR filings
• Provide proactive updates on emerging SEC and GAAP developments
• Maintain equity accounting records and oversee related disclosures
• Support SOX compliance over financial reporting controls
• Lead process improvements and reporting enhancements
• CPA required
• Big 4-8 experience required
