- Audit consultant hours between client VMS systems and eRecruit
- Research account disputes and discrepancies and perform account reconciliations
- Serve as administrator for client VMS systems
- Partner with Cash Applications to provide remittance details and payment tracking
- Review and research customer over payments and short payments
- Analyze client payment patterns and address variances from contractual payment terms
- Build professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Escalate AR challenges to division and market leadership when appropriate
- Identify potential sales adjustments
- Address collection issues, billing disputes, and payment delays
- Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
- The ideal candidate will have a background of at least 2 years of billing experience within a VMS. Staffing industry experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-orientation with sound follow-up skills
- Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel
- Comfortable with creating reports, analyzing data and making recommendations
- Self-motivated and has ability to work independently
- Start with 16 days of PTO plus 9 Holidays and your Birthday
