This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Loan Processor located in Boca Raton, FL. The Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing and verifying loan applications, gathering and evaluating applicant financial and credit data, and coordinating necessary documentation. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate loan approvals. The role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records throughout the loan process.

• Strong understanding of loan processing, credit analysis, and mortgage policies
• Experience with documenting and organizing financial information
• Proficiency in communication, customer service, and client relations
• Advanced knowledge of loan compliance and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
• Experience or certifications in mortgage finance are a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used for loan processing
