This position offers a fantastic pathway for career advancement for those committed to obtaining their CFP. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in preparing complex client deliverables and financial models, bringing 2+ years of dedicated experience within an RIA or family office setting.

• Construct sophisticated client presentations, including financial plans, performance reports, and specialized family documentation.
• Execute detailed data reconciliations and financial statement analysis using Excel.
• Facilitate the smooth operation of client accounts, handling necessary paperwork and transfers.
• Partner with advisory teams to formulate long-term wealth strategies.
• Maintain accurate records across internal databases and custodian platforms.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a Family Office or RIA.
• Demonstrated ability to use financial planning and reporting software.
• Strong Excel skills for data management and reconciliation.
• Active pursuit of or intent to obtain CFP certification.
• Ability to work fully onsite and collaborate effectively with the team.
