Capital Markets Professional; Vice President​/Director​/Managing Director

Clear Think Capital has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Capital Markets Professional. Clear Think is seeking an individual with extensive capital markets expertise and a strong network of investors, institutions, and other sources of capital.

• Connect clients via our broker-dealer with sources of capital, including family offices, high net worth individuals, hedge funds, strategic investors, etc.
• Collaborate with other team members and clients
• Participate in meetings with prospects
• Initiate or lead transactions
• Oversee junior transaction team with regards to due diligence, transaction process etc

• Extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, investment management, fund management, or institutional finance
• Must be highly motivated
• Strong network of sources of capital, including family offices, high net worth individuals, hedge funds, strategic investors, etc.
• Understanding of corporate finance and transaction structuring and execution
• Comfort and professionalism when interfacing with clients
• Ability to use a centralized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track transaction/process details
