As a full-time Financial Advisor at Florida Financial & Insurance Agency Inc., you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include developing personalized financial plans, advising clients on investment strategies, and providing guidance on retirement planning and wealth management. The role requires meeting clients both in-person in our Boca Raton, FL office and remotely, allowing for a hybrid work environment.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance
• Experience in Retirement Planning and Investments
• Expertise in Financial Advisory services
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to assess financial goals and develop tailored strategies
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or other financial licenses preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
