• Prepare dashboard‑type information on insurance and financial metrics monthly and quarterly
• Summarize financial and operational information for accounting department use
• Assist in preparation of annual rate filing submissions and regulatory reports
• Reconcile financial and operational systems regularly to ensure accuracy
• Provide analysis on variances and trends between actual and forecasted data

• Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years' experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of analysis work
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to react quickly to information requests
• Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience with Power Query or similar data automation tools preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams

• Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required
