Seeking a Client Operations Associate for a growing team in South Florida. This role supports the day-to-day servicing of client accounts and operational functions within a financial services firm. The position provides exposure to both client-facing support and back-office operations, offering a strong foundation in financial services.

Your role :
  • Provide administrative and operational support for client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Process transactions including wires, transfers, trade settlements, and account updates
  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity across systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as trading, compliance, and portfolio management to resolve operational issues
  • Assist in preparing client reports, statements, and performance summaries
  • Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in financial services, operations, or client support role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, customer support tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
