A growing independent wealth management practice is seeking a polished and client-focused professional to support advisors with client communication, onboarding, relationship management, and day-to-day operational activities. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients while also assisting with administrative and operational functions to ensure a high level of service and efficiency across the practice.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within wealth management or financial advisory services and be comfortable working directly with high-net-worth clients in both a client-facing and operational capacity.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding account inquiries, service requests, and general relationship support
  • Participate in client intake meetings, onboarding discussions, and review meetings alongside advisors
  • Assist with gathering and organizing client documentation for new accounts, account maintenance, transfers, and other servicing needs
  • Coordinate client communications, follow-ups, scheduling, and meeting preparation
  • Support advisors with account opening, paperwork processing, money movements, and operational workflows
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is compliant with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with custodians, vendors, and internal teams to resolve account and operational issues
  • Help deliver a high-touch client experience while building strong long-term relationships
  • Assist with reporting, CRM updates, and administrative support functions as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all client interactions and operational processes
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience within wealth management, financial advisory, private banking, or financial services
  • Experience supporting financial advisors in both client-facing and operational capacities
  • Strong understanding of investment accounts, account opening processes, transfers, and client servicing workflows
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and custodial platforms preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
  • FINRA licenses are a plus but not required
