Responsibilities- Collect, organize, and maintain client personal and financial wealth plan profile data.
- Review and synthesize client profile data to design wealth plans integrating wealth management, transfer, and tax efficiency goals.
- Communicate with internal and external partners, professional advisors, and others to obtain and deliver wealth plan related information.
- Conduct fundamental research related to wealth plan solutions and strategies.
- Identify and prepare fee analysis of Northern and other products and services.
- Prepare presentations for client meetings.
- Support the Lead Relationship Manager by interacting with service areas, determining service requirements, coordinating daily activities, overseeing transaction processing, and handling inquiry resolution.
- Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
- Interact directly with committees and/or Senior Management as needed.
- Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees.
- Manage daily operational activities and supervise day‑to‑day work of junior level employees (non‑formal management).
- Apply broad technical knowledge across areas.
- Deliver work products that require minimal revision.
- Facilitate discussions and help reach decisions.
- Knowledge of financial services, financial markets, and financial planning; acquired through formal education or work experience.
- Knowledge of financial analysis to interpret data.
- Professional designations such as CFP, MBA, or comparable evidence of advanced learning are expected or desired.
- 3 to 5 years of financial and wealth planning experience with high‑income / net‑worth individuals and families is preferred.
