Job Responsibilities

* Utilize Data Snipper Documine to pull required data out of contract and complete the Contract Info sheet.

* Utilize customized Alteryx tool to check for duplicate invoices and labor/material charges and markups within payment applications.

* Track Schedule of Values (SOV) for each assigned project in an Excel spreadsheet.

* Assist with reviews of construction bid packages, proposals, amendments, and contracts.

* Assist with the review of change orders.

* Assist with in-process and closeout transactional cost and billings reviews of payment applications and supporting documentation.

* Assist in team in identifying cost avoidance and recoveries.

* Assist with the preparation of written reports and/or presentations to project owners/developers.

* Possess knowledge of construction.

* May participate in other advisory engagements

* Perform other duties as requested or assigned

Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college/university in Finance, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field

* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in construction management, construction project controls, or construction cost control.

* Strong background in software used in the service line, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Power

BI and Co-Pilot and Adobe Acrobat Pdf and Data Snipper and Alteryx.

* Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* CCA, CCP, PMP, CPA, CIA, or other relevant construction certifications
