We are seeking an in-person Registered Client Associate to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator who enjoys building relationships, anticipating client needs, and creating a seamless experience for both clients and advisors.

As a key member of the team, the Client Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, professional, and thoughtful communication at every stage of the client relationship. This individual will also provide administrative, operational, and marketing support to multiple financial advisors across the practice while working closely with firm leadership. The position reports directly to Joe Mazzucco, Managing Partner.

Compensation:
Competitive annual salary plus 401(K) with employer match. Salary based on candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks for the Financial Advisors (FAs) affiliated with practice.
  • Answer inbound calls for practice and transfer to appropriate team member(s).
  • Respond to client and/or administrative issues and demands via phone or email as appropriate; research answers as needed.
  • Manage all third-party vendors including technology and security to resolve any operational and compliance needs.
  • Assist with routine marketing and marketing campaigns via email, social media, and website; organize client data including email distribution lists for electronic client correspondence and monthly newsletter.
  • Assist in developing relationships with strategic alliances and referral partners.
  • Data entry and investment input on financial and retirement plans.
  • Onboard new clients, including the collection of required documentation and client information and regularly communicates with those clients throughout the process.
  • Assist the firm with recruiting and transitioning established financial advisors.
  • Engage in industry training and education programs to stay updated on firm / industry policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services preferred.
  • Has the following licenses (or willing to obtain immediately):
    Series 7 / 66 (or 63/65).
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to convey messages clearly, concisely, and pleasantly to others in person, by phone, or via email. This includes grammatical proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize individual workload responsibilities.
  • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation, handling, and distribution of confidential information.
  • A desire to positively impact the lives of the practice’s clientele and the practice itself.
