Investment Associates are integral to the firm's transaction teams, involved in all aspects of originating and executing transactions, monitoring portfolio companies, and evaluating follow-on transactions and exit opportunities.

Responsibilities Financial modeling and analysis

Company valuation

Conducting primary corporate and industry research

Conducting company due diligence

Creating presentation materials for investors and the investment committee

Ongoing monitoring of operating and financial results of portfolio companies

Assisting portfolio companies with developing and executing strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of experience at a leading investment bank, private equity firm, or comparable

Previous M&A, leveraged finance, and financial sponsor backgrounds preferred

TMT and/or communication infrastructure experience is a plus Strong academic record at a top undergraduate institution

Exceptional financial modeling proficiency and analytical capabilities
