Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Investment Sales Advisor located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach area. You will source and execute investment sales transactions with the autonomy of a senior broker and direct access to leadership that is fully invested in your production. The platform compresses the work that traditionally slows brokers down: prospecting research, underwriting, marketing production, and deal coordination.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance principles
- Knowledge of Investments and ability to create and implement Investment Strategies
- Proficiency in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate investment plans and strategies to clients
- Background or experience in commercial real estate investment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Non-transactional leadership with 20+ years in the business. No competing book.
- Cumulative production splits with no annual reset.
- Direct input on platform direction and tooling priorities.
- AI-assisted prospecting and research, paired with senior judgment on which leads actually warrant a call.
- Underwriting support from senior leadership. Investment analysis modeled with you, not waiting in a queue behind it.
- Marketing production: OMs, BOVs, and market summaries. Firm-funded and turned around on a working broker's timeline.
- Industry-standard tools including CoStar and Crexi Pro, with proprietary SHC infrastructure deployed as it matures.
- Deal coordination and transaction management handled by the firm so you stay on the deal, not in the workflow.
- Title and structure commensurate with track record, negotiated directly.
- 2+ years of investment sales or institutional CRE experience with closed-deal credibility.
- Capable of running a deal from origination to close.
- Existing relationships with owners or investors.
- Does not need a logo to win business.
- Sees where brokerage is going and wants to be early.
- Advisors dependent on legacy brand recognition.
- Anyone who needs bureaucracy to validate decisions.
- Anyone who thinks the next five years of brokerage will look like the last five.
