- A research-driven investment management firm is seeking an Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operational management of SMA strategies, ETF advisory relationships, and portfolio administration functions.
- This role is focused on back-office and middle-office investment operations, including trade implementation, cash management, reconciliations, custodian coordination, operational reporting, and maintaining portfolio data integrity. The Operations Analyst will work closely with the investment team to ensure accurate execution and administration of investment strategies across custodial platforms.
- This is not a portfolio management role. The position is operational in nature and centered on execution, oversight, and infrastructure support.

- mGenerate, format, and upload trade files to custodial and trading platform
- sSupport allocation management across SMA account
- sMonitor trade execution, settlement activity, and exception reportin
- gCoordinate with custodians and counter parties to resolve trade breaks and discrepancie
- sProcess account maintenance requests and operational account activit
- yMonitor portfolio cash balances and assist with cash managemen
- tSupport SMA rebalancing and account transition activit

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related - field6-15 years of experience in investment operations, trade support, or portfolio administr

Understanding of trade settlement, reconciliations, and cash management work - flows
Experience working with custodial plat - forms
Strong Excel skills and comfort using AI-enabled productivity - tools
High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical s - kills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enviro - nment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functio - nally
High level of ownership and accountab
