Workstyle:
Hybrid – Required office presence 3 days a week.

• Perform analyses and manage Power BI reports for department management.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Engage heavily in the budgeting process and analyze the organization’s annual budget, expense forecasts, and statistical reporting.
• Review monthly results, prepare variance analyses, and identify issues, collaborating with accounting and other departments to ensure accurate financial results.
• Assist with the annual budget, reviewing and measuring actual results against budgeted amounts.
• Prepare presentations for Senior Management.
• Generate monthly customer profitability reports for major customers using Power BI.
• Prepare monthly branch profit and loss reports and professional service operating results packages.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries and Canon USA departments on special projects or issues, assisting with the implementation of new accounting guidelines.
• Work with other Canon USA departments on special projects or ad‑hoc reports to align company goals and objectives.
• Maintain a reasonable commuting distance to Boca Raton, FL to adequately perform job responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least five years of related work experience.
• CPA or MBA is desired but not required.
• Strong Power BI reporting experience.

Salary Range: $67,150 - $114,040 annually.
