This role combines asset management, portfolio oversight, investment analysis, acquisitions support, valuation analysis, and executive-level reporting. The position offers significant visibility with senior leadership and direct involvement in strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:- Asset management and portfolio oversight
- Financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections
- Acquisition and disposition analysis
- Portfolio reporting and performance analysis
- Refinancing and capital project analysis
- Market research and investment analysis
- Executive reporting and presentations
- 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Asset management, investments, acquisitions, portfolio management, or real estate finance experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Acquisitions and investment analysis
- Highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership
