Sr. Tax Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Accountant to join a growing and well-established organization in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in corporate tax, compliance, and provisions, with exposure to public accounting or a corporate tax department. Candidates with CPA certification (or in progress) and Big 4 or regional public accounting experience are highly encouraged to apply.

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns
• Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions (ASC 740)
• Support tax planning initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization
• Conduct tax research and document findings related to complex tax issues
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements
• Assist with audits and respond to tax authority inquiries
• Maintain and improve tax processes, controls, and documentation
• Collaborate with external advisors and cross-functional internal teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
• 2–5+ years of tax experience (public accounting or corporate)
• Experience with corporate tax compliance and provisions
• Knowledge of ASC 740 is a plus
• Familiarity with tax software such as One Source, Corp Tax, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
