Collections Specialist (Non‑Manager)

We partner with bank and non‑bank lenders, offering SBA loans, asset‑based lending, accounts‑receivable factoring, revenue‑based financing, and more. This in‑office collections specialist will manage client accounts, resolve balances, and maintain excellent customer service.

• Maintain account confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proactively manage multiple accounts.
• Analyze business financials according to procedures.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls daily to resolve outstanding balances and minimize aging.
• Manage client communications and provide accurate account details.
• Negotiate payment plans while maintaining excellent service.
• Monitor payment plan commitments.
• Partner cross‑functionally to resolve payment‑timeline issues.
• Collaborate with accounting to reconcile accounts.

• Basic computer skills:
  Excel, Gmail.
• Excellent phone and email communication.
• Drive to achieve collecting goals with firmness and professionalism.

• Prior experience in customer service, collections, or business finance is a plus.
