M&A Insurance Advisory - Senior Associate
Location:
Boca Raton, Florida.

360’s growing M&A Insurance Advisory practice - Review financial due diligence reports, acquisition agreements, and representation and warranty insurance (RWI) policies
- Facilitate virtual interviews with technical accounting experts and diligence providers
Effectively communicate diligence findings in written deliverables, clearly articulating the basis for any recommendations - Provide timely and comprehensive responses to clients regarding accounting and valuation considerations
- Conduct GAAP research
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience providing financial/accounting due diligence
- CPA preferred but not required
- CFF or CFE designations are a plus.
- Experience assessing the sufficiency of financial diligence procedures in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
- Significant case experience regarding complex transactions and accounting considerations.
- Experience managing multiple complex engagements simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Significant flexibility of work schedule to meet client needs.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and root cause determination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a deadline‑driven environment. A natural self‑starter and independent thinker.
- Action‑oriented, decisive approach, with the willingness to take a hands‑on role to ensure the deliverables are met on time with high quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
