BPA is seeking a seasoned Power BI Developer to join its team, focusing on creating sophisticated business intelligence solutions tailored for the finance industry. This on‑site role involves close collaboration with technology and business system teams affecting key clients in the credit investment and specialty finance sectors.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, information systems, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in the financial services sector. Duties include designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive dashboards and automated workflows using Power BI, as well as integrating and interfacing with SQL systems to ensure timely data refreshes for reporting. The developer will enhance decision‑making processes with insightful data visualization focused on clarity, accuracy, and front‑end user experience.

Technical requirements:

• Deep expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and row‑level security implementation. Ability to manage unclean and non‑standardized data.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, data modeling, and ETL processes, transforming and loading data from disparate financial systems into Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Boolean and lookup formulas, Power Pivot tables, and array formulas for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Power Apps, SharePoint, and integration with financial software.
• Experience with RPA and MS Power Automate is highly desirable.
