Relationship Manager​/Planner

A respected and growing Multi-Family Office is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Associate to support the team and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is not a sales role. You'll serve as a trusted resource for specific clients and manage financial planning, investment reporting, and day‑to‑day client service for high‑net‑worth individuals and families.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Prepare for client meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and complete.
• Develop financial plans, performance reports, reconciliations, and customized client presentations.
• Support portfolio implementation and asset allocation recommendations.
• Process Charles Schwab custodial paperwork and manage client requests.
• Utilize eMoney Advisor, Morningstar Advisor, Black Diamond/Advent, and Microsoft Office to produce high‑quality client deliverables.
• Collaborate with advisors to support ongoing financial planning and client relationship management.

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of investments, financial planning, and portfolio reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Experience with eMoney Advisor, Morningstar Advisor, Black Diamond/Advent, and Charles Schwab custodial processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
