Tax Director

Gerson, Preston, Klein, Lips, Eisenberg, Gelber (GPKLEG) seeks a Tax Director to lead tax strategy and compliance within our Finance department, serving sophisticated financial services clients. This role oversees corporate, federal, state, and local tax planning, ASC 740 tax provision, and supports complex transactions, including M&A and restructuring. The Tax Director will partner closely with senior leadership, drive tax technology and process improvements, manage audits, and mentor a growing tax team.
