Senior Operations Associate - Multi Family Office

A Multi family office is seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee the day-to-day operational functions of a sophisticated wealth management environment. Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Handle client service requests, including cash transfers, bill payments, account funding, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and process custodial paperwork, monitor custodial alerts, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
• Support investment operations, including allocation worksheets and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with clients, advisors, custodians, and external partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain accurate records while supporting operational controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience within a family office, wealth management, RIA, or private banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of investment operations and client servicing.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
• CFP designation is a plus.
• Experience with Charles Schwab, eMoney, and Black Diamond preferred.
• Financial or accounting background is highly desirable.
