  • Act as the day-to-day relationship contact for a designated group of clients, ensuring timely communication and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with advisors to prepare for client reviews, strategy discussions, and planning engagements.
  • Analyze financial data and assist in developing personalized recommendations aligned with client goals and long-term objectives.
  • Create and maintain a variety of client reporting materials, including portfolio reviews, net worth analyses, cash flow projections, investment summaries, and presentation materials.
  • Support portfolio construction and asset allocation discussions through a strong understanding of investment products, market principles, and financial planning concepts.
  • Coordinate account administration activities, including documentation, account maintenance, and interactions with custodial platforms.
  • Assist in identifying planning opportunities related to retirement, tax efficiency, estate considerations, and wealth transfer strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience supporting wealth management, financial planning, family office, or registered investment advisory clients.
  • CFP®, CPA, or progress toward a professional financial designation is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing financial planning and portfolio reporting technology, including platforms such as eMoney, Morningstar, Black Diamond, Advent, or comparable systems.
  • Familiarity with account management and operational processes associated with custodians such as Charles Schwab.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
