Investment Associate - Real Estate

A leading real estate investment firm is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Boca Raton team. This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional with strong analytical and underwriting experience who wants exposure to both acquisitions and asset management
.

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate investing, acquisitions, asset management, investment banking, private equity, or a related field
• Strong real estate underwriting and financial modeling experience is required
• Strong understanding of real estate investment fundamentals and valuation
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to communicate investment conclusions clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field preferred

• Underwrite and evaluate potential real estate acquisitions and investment opportunities
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, returns analyses, sensitivities, and scenario analyses
• Conduct market, property, and comparable transaction research
• Support due diligence and transaction execution
• Assist with investment committee materials, presentations, and recommendations
• Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management initiatives
• Analyze operating results, business plans, capital projects, leasing activity, and exit strategies
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
