Director, FP&A – Corporate

• Support Corporate FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level financial presentations
• Lead and execute special projects requiring financial analysis, hands-on modeling, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Respond to ad hoc requests from executive leadership and business partners with timely, accurate, and actionable analysis
• Help drive finance process improvement initiatives, including reporting standardization, planning process enhancements, and scalable FP&A tools
• Support ERP and EPM system implementation efforts by defining business requirements, validating financial data, testing workflows, and supporting user adoption
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Operations, IT, and business teams to ensure financial information is accurate, consistent, and decision-ready
• Handle ambiguous, fast-moving projects and create structure where needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A required
• Strong understanding of Corporate FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, operating reviews, and management reporting
• Hands-on financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights
• Demonstrated ability to manage ad hoc requests from senior leadership and deliver high-quality analysis under tight timelines
• Experience supporting finance system implementations, upgrades, or process transformations
• Strong ownership attitude, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to be hands-on while also thinking strategically
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively across Finance, IT, and business functions

Demonstrates extensive experience in Corporate FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, while effectively leading financial analysis projects and implementing finance systems. Strong ability to communicate complex financial insights and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.
