Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Hairdresser, located in Boca Raton, FL. The Hairdresser will be responsible for providing professional hair care services, including styling, cutting, and treatments. Day-to-day tasks include consultations with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and products, and delivering exceptional quality service. Supporting general salon upkeep and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients will also be part of the role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Hair Styling and Hair Cutting techniques
- Strong knowledge of Hair Care practices and products
- Certification or education in Cosmetology
- Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay current with industry trends and styles
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute to the success of the salon
- Florida cosmetology license or relevant state certification
