* Experience in wig making, hair ventilation, or similar detailed work is a plus-but not required

* Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on intricate tasks

* Patience, steady hand, and pride in craftsmanship

* Ability to follow directions, patterns, and specifications

* Reliable, team-oriented, and quality-driven mindset
