Beauty Counter Manager - Town Center At Boca Raton

The Beauty Counter Manager drives sales for an assigned luxury beauty brand while providing personalized beauty experiences. This role combines customer-facing sales and education, beauty product recommendations, and counter operations.

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and keep current on beauty products, trends, and industry knowledge.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to provide welcoming, inclusive customer experiences.

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, frequently use hands, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
